Week 3 Embellish this Comp Round 3

Well I made it through to round 3 I think my butt is going to get whooped out of the comp real soon so many talented ladies entering such gorgeous creations every week. This week was HARD as is every week but as U would imagine every week gets harder

This week we had to

Use the Melbourne cup Logo as your inspiration and make a LO using the colours Teal, hot pink, black & white. You can use tiny hints of other colours but the above must be the main colours.

The second part of the challenge is you must create an interesting background with 3 elements to it eg, paint, ink, stitching etc..

As U know racing is all about Fashion feathers and bling so u must use Fabric feathers and bling.

As a bonus U must create your own embellishment our of fabric it must be handmade.

Week 2 Embellish this comp

Well I made it through round 1. Each week people are eliminated from the comp till there is 1 person left who is declared the winner.

Week 2 was sooo hard but I finally got there after a lot of headaches

The requirements were

Create an embellishment to decorate the outside of your gift wrapping, using the colours red, white & Green.

It is preferable to have it attached to your gift wrapping wether it be a box or gift bag or alternatively it can be attached to your card or LO.

The embellishment only will be judged not the gift.

Scrappies Dt Lo for October

Here is my first submission for October. The theme was Dress ups or make believe. Here is what I came up with.

My Favourite LO of the crop

I just love how this one has turned out. People will be over hearing me say this but I do REALLy like this one.

This challenge had to be about where we live. This pic is of the river that runs through our little town. I took this photo one summers evening whilst our family was down there for a picnic.
